As a Mindset Coach and Breathwork Teacher, I mix the two modalities to allow full immersion and transformation. I offer workshops, programmes, regular breathwork sessions as well as 1-2-1 coaching and breathwork sessions. I work with other wellness professionals to offer enhanced and bespoke packages that are right for your organisation and employee’s needs.

Workshops

I offer a variety of package workshops as well as bespoke offerings to meet your team and companies needs.
The workshops range from stress management, performance, growth, mindfulness, better breath = better health.

Breathwork Sessions

These regular breathwork sessions will give your employees a chance to step away from their day and bring about some calm and mindfulness. The sessions will take them through a series of practises to help regulate their nervous system helping manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, sleep, mood, productivity and more. Within these sessions we can also incorporate mindset hacks and exploratory questions to help them to start to see things from a different perspective. They will leave feeling calm and relaxed yet with energy to allow them to be in flow for the rest of the day.


Programmes

Programmes are an extension from the workshops for better integration and change and a full 360 reset. Each week will build on
the previous week, working through coaching exercises and breathwork techniques your employees can take away and use forever. These help you employees not only have tools to help aid their wellbeing and manage stress but mindset techniques that can aid lasting change and resilience.


1-2-1

I offer 1-2-1 coaching and breathwork sessions. These sessions benefit both individuals and organisations by improving performance through skill development, improved confidence and focus. Understanding stress and wellbeing and creating resilience and tools to manage the everyday.

    Jenni introduced the benefits of breathwork exercises, combined with mindfulness techniques, to the Lionsgate staff as part of the company’s Mental Health Awareness week. Through a series of simple breathwork exercises, Jenni guided the Lionsgate attendees to alleviate stress, as well as regain energy and focus by shifting their breathing patterns and becoming aware of their bodies. She encouraged staff to ask her questions and shared her personal health struggles which led her to pursue this career. As an added bonus, after the session, she created a small brochure for the company, with detailed instruction on a few everyday breathwork exercises. We would love to welcome her back in our offices for future Mental Health initiatives.

The Stats

Deloitte estimates that the cost of poor mental health to UK employers is between £33 billion and £42 billion per year.

According to Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the UK, in 2019/20, 17.9 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression, or anxiety.

CIPD reported that absenteeism costs UK businesses an average of £554 per employee per year, while employees coming to work when unwell costs, approximately £605 per employee per year.

A study by mental health charity, Mind, found that only 56% of employees feel their workplace is supportive of their mental health.

A report by Glassdoor indicates that 80% of UK job seekers consider a company's health and wellbeing benefits when choosing an employer.
