Why Me?

5 years ago, I felt completely burnt out, disconnected from myself and my emotions and was suffering with chronic stress and fatigue. I felt completely stuck in life, like there was more out there for me. It became incredibly overwhelming trying to get back on track, connected and aligned within myself again. This constant fight or flight response and disconnection from myself led me to become physically ill.


On top of the anxiety and lack of motivation, I started suffering with more of the physical symptoms that chronic stress causes, such as severe digestive issues including SIBO, gastroenteritis, gastritis, IBS. 

As I hit rock bottom, I decided something had to change and then in walked the incredible power of breathwork and coaching.

I am now on a mission to share this profound knowledge with the world, so others don’t have to suffer. I am a GBPA accredited Breathwork Teacher as well as a ACCP certified Mindset Coach. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their goals and maximise their potential. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques to help clients manage stress, improve wellbeing, overcome limiting beliefs and enhance their performance. This includes Functional breathwork, Pranayama breathwork and Conscious Connected breathwork.

I work closely with leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals who live in a fast paced life to regulate their nervous system, reconnect to their truest self and begin to heal from the stressors of burnout, fatigue anxiety and lack of connection.

My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and the importance of addressing both mental and physical health to achieve optimal wellbeing. Creating a safe and relaxed space, using science to explain the principles behind my practises and with tools to take away and use forever.

Who I work with

I work with predominantly women who are ready to do the work to make changes in their lives and within themselves that are going to help them feel more connected, centered, focused, motivated and content. What It Entails.

My signature programme RESET uses a blend of breathwork and transformational mindset coaching to help you truly reset within and wherever you need it in your life. Using the dynamic and powerfully healing modality of breathwork, plus transformational coaching techniques, my aim is to support you to reset your nervous system, reset your sleep, your physical, spiritual and mental health all whilst also resetting your belief system, your values and your mindset. 

This is the reset you have been craving to come back into alignment with your truest self. Physically, we will bring your nervous system back into a relaxed state to ease anxiety and any other health symptoms and ailments you are suffering from due to being in this constant flight or fight and chronically stressed state. Mentally, we will bring you back into feeling more confident, content and clear on yourself, your future and what you want from life. You will learn how to control moments of stress and have more resilience to stress, as well as place more boundaries in your self care and everyday routine that leave you feeling far more at peace than you have in a long time. 

Together we will align your core values and what lights you up and makes you feel good, we will reconnect back to your body so that you feel like it is working WITH you and not against you. We will dig beneath the surface and work through any limiting thoughts, beliefs or habits that are holding you back from moving forward in the way that you want to in life. Through guided breathwork techniques we will work on regulating your nervous system to feel more calm everyday as well as arm you with a toolkit you can lean on to help bring you back down and come back into alignment during those moments of high stress and overwhelm. 

You will learn to be able to listen to your intuition and be confident and empowered when making decisions, have clarity in what you want from your future and the confidence to go out there and make it happen.

5 years ago I was working in events for a big magazine brand, it was fun, exciting and full on. I was living the London life, working hard, partying hard and gyming hard. I felt being busy and stressed was a sign of success. My head was constantly busy even when ‘asleep’. I was completely disconnected from myself, I squashed or numbed my emotions which presented itself in my body as digestive issues, stress, anxiety, feeling lost and alone.
