Integration is where breathwork becomes lived wisdom. There’s no right way to do this, move slowly, let your body lead, and return to these prompts over the coming days.

Post-Breathwork Integration Prompts

  • What shifted in me during the session - emotionally, physically, or energetically?

  • Where in my body did I feel the most sensation or release? What might that part of me want me to know?

  • What am I ready to soften, loosen, or let go of now?

  • What old pattern, belief, or story revealed itself - and what feels truer instead?

  • If I trusted my body more than my mind, what would I do differently?

  • What does safety feel like in my body right now?

  • What am I being gently invited toward in this next season?

  • What support, internal or external, would help me honour this integration?

There’s no need to answer everything at once. One question may stay with you, let that be enough.
