When we are disconnected from our body, we are disconnected from our soul. To start feeling into your body and notice it, starting to know it.

Getting clear on your values, what is important to you and the rules to live by.

Starting with reconnecting with yourself, understanding who you are at your core and what you stand for, your values, your beliefs. Looking at your boundaries, your non negotiables, your energy.
Moving to look at your challenges and blocks and working through these, before creating your new vision and bringing it all together.
There is only so much change we can make with using just talking therapies. By incorporating breathwork this ables us to work with a top down and bottom up approach. Going deeper, into stuck habits and patterns being able to access these deeper layers the part of the brain.
Most of us have dysfunctional breathing habits. When we learn to breath better, we enhance our whole wellbeing.
MEET JENNI
Jenni is a Mind and Wellbeing coach, breathwork facilitator, founder of LIVE.LOVE.BE programme and The Mindful Soul.
Having suffered health and digestive issues herself for many years as well as experiencing chronic stress, chronic fatigue, and burnout. Jenni has seen first-hand how stress can negatively impact our lives. This led her to discover the power of coaching and breathwork.
Jenni mixes neuroscience, mindfulness techniques and the power of breathwork to help guide, support and empower you through your journey. A combination of these powerful tools creates a top down and bottom-up approach, to work on every level.
Through asking a series of illuminating questions, she unlocks new ways of thinking and taps into undiscovered insights which are used to create strong actions to help you move forward. Using breath techniques to slow the mind and reach a deeper state. To help with processing emotions and blocks, enhancing creativity, focus and productivity.
